About Morning Gardens

Welcome to Morning Gardens!

My name is Shelby, and thank you for visiting my site.

Morning Gardens was founded in 2019 as a backyard experiment by a mother-daughter duo in Southwest Texas. We initially planted a few Moringa trees for our family, thinking it would just be a small project. Fast forward, and our tiny garden has taken over a big chunk of our yard.

We’ve been munching on Moringa for ages in capsules, recipes, teas, you name it!

March 2019

At the beginning, it was a bit of a toss-up. Mom called it the “tree of life,” but I, being the skeptic, said not everything online is gospel. To settle the score, we decided to test it out as scientifically as we could.

Guess what? Mom won. (like she always does)

After a few weeks of daily Moringa doses, magic started happening. Aches and pains? Poof, gone. I slept better than a baby (and I’ve been an insomniac for years). Mom’s arthritis even took a backseat.

I even started to feel calmer–a big deal for someone with an anxiety disorder.

Our family uses Moringa because it works.

I started out as the ultimate skeptic when my mom bombarded me with Moringa information from sketchy websites you know, the ones that make you raise an eyebrow.

When I attempted my own investigation, it turned into a wild scavenger hunt. Every site had bits and pieces, but none had the whole picture.

That’s when Morning Gardens kicked in. It was born out of our desire to share the Moringa knowledge we gathered through research and firsthand experience.

We launched this site back in March 2019, and ever since, we’ve been reaching people from all corners of the globe.

We’ll be updating it at least three times a week, so stay tuned as we grow this thing into a Moringa powerhouse!

July 2022

Recently, our family has started eating pomegranate seeds and we are seeing incredible success with them!

We therefore decided to start writing articles about pomegranate seeds and their wonderful effects on our bodies.

As always, thank you very much for being here and we can’t wait to see what you grow in your garden!
