- Cinnamon sticks
- Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
- Add the leaves and stir.

- Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes depending on personal preference.

If you want this to be a sound, recurring system, you would need a 6×6 foot or larger space to grow your mint.
But we’ve seen Mint grow in a cute little pot on the windowsill!
Mint will also need lots of sun, which means the best time to plant it is in the spring when the weather isn’t too hot.
It would be best to choose a spot that gets at least six hours of sun each day and has loose soil that drains well so that it doesn’t rot or dew.
Place the seed on a potting mix with holes and cover it with a thin layer of soil; tamp it gently to stay put. Then water it thoroughly until moistened and place it in a shady area outdoors.
Mint will grow best if given plenty of sunlight and water available.

First, they make an incredibly delicious tea together (that is a staple in my house)
Secondly, the benefits they both provide overlap!
