How to Make it
1 – Place all your ingredients in a high-powered blender or mixer.
2 – Blend on high until there are no seeds left. You may need to strain the liquid at this point depending on what kind of blender you have.

Recipe 2 – Fruity Tasting Moringa Recipe
Ingredients
A Healthy Base – Fruit juice or Pedialyte from concentrate
Two cups of ice
Citric Acid
Fresh Moringa Leaves
Agave Syrup and
Lime
Vanilla Extract
How to Make it
1 – Place all your ingredients in a high-powered blender or mixer.

Ingredients
½ of a lemon (organic) or lemon juice
1 organic carrot
2 cups of fresh organic spinach leaves & green leaves from forgotten trees (Columbine mint, ladyfinger daisy) & cinchona bark)
Moringa Powder
4 fresh organic asparagus spears
2 cups of homemade chicken or vegetable broth or purified water or coconut water
How to Make it

3 Carrot
Mint
3 Spoonful Honey
Moringa Powder
2 Cups Milk
How to Make it
1 – Core the apple before!

5- You can always switch out the Milk for Water
